Quality Assurance & Compliance
Rigorous on-the-ground quality management combined with strict collaboration criteria for manufacturing partner facilities across Bangladesh.
Partner Facility Vetting & Compliance Statement
Stitch Crfts does not directly own these certifications. Rather, we work with manufacturing partners holding internationally recognized accreditations and verify their active audit status before initiating production. Certifications are facility-specific—not every manufacturing partner holds every certification. We match each buyer's purchase order with facilities holding the exact compliance credentials required by your market and brand policies.
Multi-Stage Quality Checkpoints
Quality is monitored at every milestone—from raw fabric arrival and pre-production sign-off through inline sewing and final pre-shipment audit.
Pre-Production & Material Verification
Every bulk roll of fabric is verified upon arrival. We check GSM consistency, color matching under standard illuminants (D65/TL84), shrinkage rates, and hand-feel before laying cutting markers.
- Fabric roll visual inspection for surface defects
- Lab dip shade-band confirmation against buyer master swatches
- Dimensional stability: length and width shrinkage testing
- Trim & accessory verification (zippers, snaps, labels, thread)
Sample Approval & Pre-Production Sign-Off
A formal Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) is conducted with factory floor heads, cutting masters, and QA supervisors. Cutting begins only after sign-off on the approved Pre-Production Sample (PPS).
- Review of buyer comments on fit, construction, and grading
- Pilot-run sewing review to calibrate machine settings
- Approved golden seal sample signed and tagged on production line
- Master trim card signed by merchandising team
Inline & Mid-Production Auditing
Our roving QA inspectors continuously audit live sewing lines, checking stitch density, seam tension, alignment, and dimensional measurements against tech packs.
- Measurement verification across all size ranges on active lines
- Stitch tension, seam puckering, and thread tension calibration
- Calibrated metal and broken needle detection protocols
- Early defect identification and immediate line correction
Final Random Inspection (AQL 1.5 / 2.5)
Conducted according to internationally recognized ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) Level II sampling plans once garments are 100% completed and at least 80% packed into export cartons.
- Random sample extraction based on lot size and AQL tables
- Critical defect tolerance: 0 allowed
- Major defect tolerance: AQL 1.5 or AQL 2.5 per buyer contract
- Minor defect tolerance: AQL 4.0 limit adherence
Packaging, Barcode & Export Readiness
Before export release documents are issued, we verify polybags, hangtags, price stickers, EAN/UPC barcodes, carton markings, and moisture mitigation controls.
- Barcode scanning verification across all SKU and size variations
- Carton drop-test compliance for international transit durability
- Anti-mold sticker presence and polybag ventilation
- Container stuffing inspection and tamper-evident bolt sealing
